It was a pleasure working with Hitesh. He has a vast knowledge of Web Development (PHP, XML, HTML, CSS, API integration, Databases etc.) and any potential difficulty (and there were a few) was promptly sorted out.
The project was not your 'run of the mill' API integration, and therefore required a person with creative skills and an ability to find solutions for uncommon scenarios.
Skills: I awarded the contractor 5 for skills (this was no-brainer)
Quality: If I could I would award 6 stars here. Hitesh was always willing to develop to my exact requirements, but more than that, he would also offer his own creative input which many times worked out better than what I originally had planned. (This is a very valuable characteristic to have in a developer.)
Availability: We both utilized Skype to organise what time we would be online, and whether we would be out the office for an hour or whatever. Communication and availability was always excellent from both sides.
Deadlines. Hitesh always communicated to me what part of the project would be completed and when.
Communication: Excellent. Very responsive.
Cooperation: As I already stated under 'Quality', Hitesh often gave suggestions for improvement and was very flexible with his working hours - sometimes working late into the night.
I will gladly work with Hitesh again and I wish him all the best.
